Thanksgiving….

I always forget to get a group picture on Thanksgiving (I think about it at Christmas, but not Thanksgiving)!  The only pictures I got were of the kids with Chance and his girlfriend.  And I will just say that it was a little weird seeing Chance with a girlfriend!  I still picture him as a little boy.  Time flies too fast.

We had a good day though, with a good group of people. We had Gaga, her friend Pauletta, Papa, Mary, Aunt Kay, Chance, Caleigh and us today!  Life is full of hard times, but there is always so much to be thankful for…Happy Thanksgiving!

Retreat…

Nathan went on the church youth retreat this weekend and had a great time.  On a positive note, he remembered his toiletries this time (two years ago, he pulled out his bag for toiletries and had nothing….no contacts, no deodorant, etc).  He manages to get sick every single year around this time, and being around cedar trees makes it worse.  But he didn’t get super sick, and had a great time with everyone!  He learned a lot about following God, and had fun while doing it.
