I loved seeing our old friends that we hardly get to see anymore...it was a fun afternoon!

Bounce time!
We met Andrew and Matthew at Bounce U today, and the kids had a great time getting out all their energy! Although, I think Nathan was already a bit worn out from our vacation and VBS, but he still had a good time. I love that Madison can still have a good time with younger kids, AND boys at that!

VBS fun!
I always love VBS week, even though it's a bit stressful with late nights. But the kids always have so much fun and learn a lot. It was Athens with Paul VBS...lots of Greek fun. And most importantly, they learned to share the truth of God's immeasurable love! Some of these pictures are mine, and some were taken by others. I noticed there weren't many of Nathan, but they both had a blast and came home with a ton of neat crafts every night!
Aren't they adorable in their little outfits?

We are blessed by a church who puts a lot of work into these kids' lives!

2013 Pensacola trip!
We look forward to this trip all year long, and it has already come and gone! I can't post all the pictures, but I'm posting my favorites that sum up our trip. Lots of fun and laughter and good family time!
Father's Day lunch at our favorite restaurant, Crabs! Best daddy ever.
Madison's first time to eat crab legs...she LOVED them and ate them four times this trip!
Fun at the bay...
Me and my sweet husband, taken by Madison!
The ONLY family picture we managed to get this entire trip. :(
Funny story here. It was really windy and our float kept flying away. Nathan was really worried about it since Madison bought it with her own money. If you look WAY in the distance, you can see an orange float with a little boy running after it! He ran a long way, and you know that's hard to do in the sand! We were laughing so hard, but he finally caught it. He was a little exhausted and said he definitely needed a break.
Our annual pictures in front of Flounders!
We went down to the bay at Flounder's, and the kids had a great time playing here!
Nathan always loves getting buried, but Madison usually passes because of all the sand. She got brave this year!
We went to drive go-garts, and the kids had a blast. I'm sad I didn't get any pictures of them because they looked adorable in their safety goggles and big smiles on their faces! Afterwards, we went to lunch and they had a blast playing in the kids area.
Our new pets, Penny and Monster! Nathan talked us into buying two hermit crabs.
We had so much fun this year in the ocean....the waves were a lot of fun and the water was SO clear and beautiful. Not one jellyfish (or shark) was found!!
One night after dinner, we decided to walk along the pier. We saw some gorgeous views, and even some dolphins in the ocean!
And the kids even got to touch some fish that were still alive and wiggling!
We took the kids night swimming after the pier. Most nights, we were all exhausted, but this was our last official night!
On our way back, we stopped by Duck Commander (Duck Dynasty)! It was really neat seeing the warehouse, and we even saw Jep. Michael almost got a picture with him, but the line was a bit too long and we wanted to get home.
We had such a wonderful trip. We make so many great memories that each of us remember year after year. I love having this time with my family, just us four. There is always so much laughter and we always enjoy each other so much. I'm blessed to have these moments....they mean the world to me!
