New Year's Eve...2014...

Tonight we met Gaga and Doo for dinner at III Forks.  We did this last year too, and had so much fun.  Madison loves going to fancy places because of the hand towels in the bathroom!  And Nathan loves the cheesecake he gets from this experience.

I forgot my camera, so I just have iphone pictures....but the dessert is always the best part!

We came home, got in our pajamas, played with LumiDough, drank sparkling grape juice, watched our home videos from 2014, and watched Twilight Zone - The Movie.  The kids made it until midnight for the first time ever!  They had a great night, and were so good too!

Questionnaires for the two of them.  I'm laughing at the problems of a 7 year old...shopping all day!  I think if that's the hardest thing he's had to face in 2014, he had a pretty great year!

We had a wonderful year.  Madison turned 10, Nathan turned 7, we went to Pensacola Beach, Madison started intermediate school, I had some great weekend getaways with my mom while the kids had awesome daddy time, Nathan joined Cub Scouts, we went to Disney World for the 2nd time, we all stayed healthy and safe, we had a lot of smiles, laughter and great memories.  I'm truly blessed.  Sometimes I get down because I want more or I get overwhelmed with things, but it helps to step back and take a look at what God has blessed me with.  An amazing family and that's all I could ever ask for.  The memories we've made this year have been wonderful!  Here's to a new year....I pray that God has many more good memories ahead for us in 2015!

Laser Tag...

Nathan's den got together this afternoon for laser tag.  We all had a blast...I hadn't done that in forever!  It was quite the workout, and so much fun!

I love seeing Nathan develop friendships with boys in his new den!

Wubble Bubble fun!

The kids finally got to try out their new Wubble Bubbles from Santa tonight!  They had so much fun, and loved taking these pictures.  They were making me laugh so hard!

These bubbles are definitely pretty neat.  They were sitting on them, throwing them, punching them....they're indestructible!  Score one for Santa!

Clover...

The saddest part about Christmas is when Clover has to leave.  He always makes us laugh, and the kids love finding him every morning!  He had a lot of fun this month being silly for us!

Clover left a note for the kids this morning by their presents...

Until next year....we'll miss you Clover!

A sweet handprint....and a sweet note!

Nathan came home from school last Friday and immediately wrapped his gift for us.  He was so excited for us to open this sweet picture.  I LOVE handprints...they are precious little gifts!

This morning, Madison was making this note while we were getting ready.  I found it in our room, and it almost brought tears to my eyes.  My sweet girl.

Last Christmas celebration of the year...

Around lunchtime, we headed over to Nana and Papa's for our last Christmas celebration of the year.  We ate lunch, took a couple group pics, and then were off to presents!

I can tell Madison is growing up...she is getting excited over things like clothes, books, bedding and not toys.  She needs to stop growing NOW.

I caught a sweet moment on camera...Nathan was telling Papa thank you for everything, and he just stayed there and hugged him forever!

We got home and set up Madison's new bed...she's pretty excited about it!

And they got all cozy in their new pajama/snuggie outfits while we watched Home Alone!

We had a wonderful Christmas.  I can't believe it's over already though!  We had lots of family, smiles and hugs this Christmas season and I feel so thankful.  Merry Christmas!
